Manufacturing Process: For logos, we typically recommend baking, hot stamping, and silkscreen printing. For glass bottle styles, we usually suggest frosting, spraying, electroplating, and engraving. For finishing touches, we offer mouth grinding and bottom polishing.

Inspection Standards: We manually inspect the appearance of the glass bottles for bubbles, inclusions, crooked necks, and uneven thickness. For small-batch sample production, we check the dimensions of the first batch of glass bottles: diameter, height, and capacity. We calculate the pass rate for pressure resistance and thermal shock resistance using sampling inspection.

Unlike retailers and wholesalers who sell small batches of glass bottles (e.g., dozens to hundreds), which require customers to purchase from local websites or shops due to high shipping costs and international connections, for mass production (e.g., thousands to tens of thousands), when customers inquire about orders and send bottle images, we usually recommend providing bottle drawings. We then provide mold and sample production costs for their reference.

When orders reach a certain quantity, we refund the mold fee to the customer.
